Return Policy

The customer has the right to return purchased products within 30 days of receipt and is entitled to an exchange or refund. However, the returned product must not be damaged or show signs of use. Additionally, it must be sent in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal expires for hygiene products. We will then send you detailed instructions with the attached return form, which must be fully completed and returned to us along with the product. Furniture can be returned using our free pickup service.

Once you have received a confirmation email from us regarding the receipt of your return, it will take a maximum of 5 - 7 working days to refund the amount.

Complaints

If the product you received is not working properly, you can claim the warranty.

We offer a 30-day warranty on our products. In addition, we offer the option to extend the warranty by one year. The warranty does not apply in case of:

  • physical damage caused by wear and tear
  • defects caused by improper, unsuitable, or careless use of the product
