Examples of Personal Information collected: First name, Last name, Order number, Address
Purpose of collection: efficient customer service.
Source of collection: all information collected was provided by the customer when placing an order.
MINORS:
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our agreements with you as described above. TEXT MARKETING TERMS
We use an SMS platform to which the following terms apply. By opting in to our text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms. By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS messages (relating to your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for making a purchase. Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, a company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU". This data will be used to send you personalized marketing messages and notifications. When sending SMS messages, your phone number will be passed to the SMS operator to process the SMS delivery. If you no longer wish to receive SMS marketing and messages, please reply STOP to any mobile message we send you or use the "opt-out" link we have included in each of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative opt-out methods, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered reasonable ways to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. CHANGES
