In the context of the mediation service provided by the Intermediary, the Intermediary, acting on behalf and for the account of the Customer pursuant to the power of attorney granted to him, orders the goods from the Seller and pays the costs associated with transferring the goods to the Customer (including import duties and VAT). The mediation service is provided on the basis of specific agreements between the parties. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he authorizes the Intermediary to place an order for the goods on behalf and for the account of the Customer and to pay the price and shipping costs of the goods to the Customer's address. The Intermediary is only authorized to act within the limits of the power of attorney granted.
